Are your products 100% vegan?
Our products are vegan and any future products we bring to our store will be as well. It is important to us that our products are clean, ethically and sustainably sourced, vegan and cruelty-free.
Do you do custom or wholesale orders?
Yes, Please submit your request by clicking on the chat button or emailing us through our contact page. We will gladly discuss pricing and options. 
Do you accept returns and give refunds?
We do offer exchanges if you are completely unsatisfied with your product. Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as; custom products (like special orders), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Items must not be opened or used and be in its original packaging. Please note that you will need to pay for shipping if you would like an exchange. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
